VirtuPix SALES MEETING: Step (1) Oriented Flyer Drops

The idea behind three flyer drops before asking for the sales meeting is to overcome the barriers of the office not knowing who you are. By completing three flyer drops in the proper way you can become familiar with their operation and the people that work there. When you talk to the office about presenting you will have more credibility and a relationship with them. By using the process below, most offices should be willing to have you in to present at the office.
Each drop should only be 1 week apart. You do this to help make sure they remember who you are and what you are about. You want to focus in on 15 offices with four or more agents. There is a spread sheet in printable documents with fields for the appropriate information you want to gather in a consolidated format.

Step 1: You will first be giving Pricing Flyers. You want to make sure you learn the receptionist name. You also want to make sure you get business cards for the broker and office manager. Ask the receptionist for these items. Just leave about 10 flyers at each office. Ask the receptionist to please make sure anyone that is interested get a flyer. Also, ask for the sales meeting in a none-direct way. If the office has no interest what so ever you do not want to waist your time on a second and third flyer drop.

Step 2: For the second flyer drop you will be leaving additional a few promotional flyers. When you walk in address the receptionist by the name you wrote down on the spread sheet. This will instantly form a relationship with the receptionist. Let her know it was good seeing him/her last week and that you brought by some promotional flyers for anyone that might be interested in trying us out. Ask for the office manager by name or broker by name and let the receptionist know that you would like to put a promotional flyer and pricing flyer on his/her desk to make sure they receive one. You should know them by name because you grabbed their business cards on the first visit.

Step 3: For the third flyer drop you will drop off three pens that have a flyer that roll up inside of it. One of the pens is for the receptionist. The other two pens are for the broker and office manager. Make sure you write your promotional code on the pen. Thank the receptionist for helping you distribute the flyers to the agents and accommodating you. Ask for the office manager and or broker and give them their pens and ask them if there was anytime you could drop by and do a 10-12 minute presentation to the office. Most will say sure and then set it up or have you set it up with the receptionist. (We will provide you with a flip chart for your meeting).

Complete your spread sheet and then send (fax it to: 808-733-0808) it in to your consultant who will have our sales team call the offices and try to set up broker deals with all of the brokers.
